THIS LICENSE APPLIES TO ALL OF CURRENT PRODUCTS.
Please read this license carefully before using the software. By using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license.


END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.

TEXTUREHACKS.COM provides modified computer software of Activision Publishing, Crytek, Electronic Arts (EA) and documentation in this product ('Licensed Software') and licenses its use to the party ("You") who purchases and uses this product, as follows:


TEXTUREHACKS.COM LICENSE.

  • You have the non-transferable right to use only one (1) copy of TEXTUREHACKS.COM Software internally for gaming purposes.
    Licenses are non-transferable.
  • You may not otherwise copy the TEXTUREHACKS.COM Software or any of its documentation in printed form. 
  • You may not transfer possession of TEXTUREHACKS.COM Software, whether in part or in whole, to other parties. 
  • You may not copy enclosed documentation or distribute them to other parties. 
  • You may not modify TEXTUREHACKS.COM Software or disassemble it for the purpose of obtaining the source code. 
  • You agree not to "reverse engineer" the TEXTUREHACKS.COM Software or any portion of it or to permit such reverse engineering or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.


OWNERSHIP.

You agree that our software has and will retain all ownership rights in the Licensed Software and its documentation and all related patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights, and that You will have no interest in the Licensed Software and its documentation except the limited license provided under this Agreement.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software and related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and Our software expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our software does not warrant that the features contained in the software will meet Your requirements, or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the software will be corrected. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by You. Furthermore, Our software does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Software or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, currentness, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by Our software or Our software's authorized representative shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Should the software prove defective, You (and not Our software or Our software's authorized representative) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to You.


COMPLETE AGREEMENT.

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and the related documentation, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of TEXTUREHACKS.COM.
